Meet Our Staff

I grew up here in Dyersville and really enjoy the community.  It's a true pleasure working with our guests and helping them with their automotive needs.  I'm very proud to be the third generation of Tauke's doing business here in Dyersville and am excited to see the fourth generation carrying on the Tauke tradition of service excellence. 

Although Mitch has been selling cars for 3 years, he has been involved in the dealership for over half his life.  He has always had interest in cars or really just anything with a motor.  Mitch is the middle brother of the family. 

In his free time Mitch enjoys water-skiing, snow skiing, snowmobiling, shooting clay pigeons & flying his drone.

His favorite part of working in the car business is that everyday is something new.  "You never really know what will happen on any given day."

Nate grew up in Dyersville, and is the youngest brother of the family.  All of which currently work at the dealership.  He is commonly known as "Tater" around the store.

His favorite part of working at Tauke's is the great group of people he gets to work with everyday.  In his free time he enjoys water-skiing and snowmobiling.  In the summer you can catch him at a Waterhawk Ski Show every Friday evening.

Something you may not know about Nate:

He broke both his big toes at the same time trying to do a standing backflip....He also sprayed himself with pepper spray, just to see what it felt like....It's safe to say Nate keeps things interesting around here!

Shane lives in Cascade with his beautiful wife Kaylynn, his dog, and 2 cats.  He considers himself as a simple person who tries not to take life too seriously. 

In his free time Shane enjoys being with friends, going to concerts, golfing, bowling, playing softball, and anything to do with the Cubs or Iowa Hawkeyes.

His favorite part of working at Tauke's is the fact that he gets to help people.  "Everyday is different so I get to wake up each day and solve new problems.  Plus my co-workers are great!"

Russ lives in Guttenberg and has four children Jordanne (29), Spencer (23), and twins Clayton and Audrey (18).  Outside of work he enjoys watching and following the Iowa Hawkeyes.

His favorite part about working at Tauke's are his co-workers and the fast paced environment!

Matt is the oldest brother of the three.  He enjoys being able to work each day with his family.

His favorite part of working at Tauke's is that each day there is always something different!

Jacey has been a member of the National Guard for 4 years, where she is a Small Arms and Artillery Tech.

In her free time she spend lots of time with her 3 horses, spends the summers attending tractor pulls with her boyfriend Dan, she also enjoys being outdoors, hunting, and spending time with her family.  Her brother is also going to join the National Guard!

Her favorite part of working at Tauke's is being able to make people smile.
